PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS:
My scientific work spans the fields of remote sensing, soil science, agriculture and ecology. The research interests have been concentrated on the use of the remote sensing data acquired on the ground, airborne and satellite levels to study spectral properties of soils and arable crops. The relationships between soil properties (e.g. texture, soil organic carbon) and spectral data acquired in laboratory and from satellite and airborne data are studied. My aim is to develop reliable methods for arable crop condition assessment and yield estimation.

CONDUCTED LECTURES AND EXERCISES:
Remote sensing, remote sensing in agriculture, image processing and remote sensing data interpretation, reflectance spectroscopy.
